The Green Gourmet will be transforming the best and brightest of South Australia’s summer and early autumn produce into healthy meals with minimum fuss and maximum flavour.
Brimming with tomatoes, zucchini, sweetcorn, eggplant, legumes, wholegrains, fresh herbs and flavourful pantry staples, this is one of The Green Gourmet’s most popular workshops that’s designed to answer the age-old question “What’s for dinner tonight?” with meals you can have on the table in 30 minutes.
Each year, they update the workshop with vibrant new recipes, reflecting what we all want to eat right now. By popular demand, this year, their signature Fast & Fresh workshop has become the 'EVEN Faster & Fresher' event!
They'll announce the final menu on social media close to the date, but can guarantee there’ll be a cooling salad, zippy pasta or slurpy noodles, perhaps a tian or traybake, and always a special dish inspired by The Green Gourmet’s lifetime love of travel.

A mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking
Printed copy of all recipes and notes to take home
Lots of opportunities to chat and ask questions about wholefood cooking and nutrition
