All cancellations and no shows incur a cancellation fee. A no show is when you do not check in on the night of your booking reservation
A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified 2:00pm of that day will be deemed the arrival time
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies paid
This cancellation policy can be altered for peak times which will be communicated to you in writing in your confirmation letter sent to you at the time of booking
